Cinco de Mayo! Red Hats salute our neighbors to the South!

May 5th is a national holiday in Mexico and widely celebrated here in Texas. It honors the Mexican heritage of Texas and our Red Hat gals donned Mexican style outfits for our visit to Austin's fameous Matt's El Rancho Mexican Restaurant.
