Eugene and Edna Gibson |
According the Merle Gibson Bell Carson, Eugene and Edna eloped! They waited until Edna was 18 and didn't need her parents permission, then slipped off to be married by a preacher in the Roan community of Navarro County. They were married on January 11, 1903. |
Eugene
was a salesman. Merle is not sure where this was taken but I suspect
it was in Corsicana in the early 1900's.  |
